'Leander' and the O4, Great Central Railway

Saturday 22nd November 2008

A visit to the Great Central, with the aim of seeing 'City of Truro' in its last weekend on the railway,
as indicated in the GCR website weekly newsletter. For some reason the 4-4-0 was not running and
it was replaced by LMS Jubilee No. 5690 'Leander' before it returns to the East Lancs Railway.
